Job Description

As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative tours to visitors while ensuring a memorable customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to provide exceptional service. You will also be able to promote and sell tour packages while guiding guests through Nassau’s top attractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive and informative tours for local and international guests.
  • Provide historical and cultural insights about Nassau and surrounding areas.
  • Engage with guests, answer questions, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
  • Promote and sell tour packages and additional services when applicable.
  • Handle tour bookings, schedules, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests throughout the tour.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve tour experiences and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong public speaking, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and handle physically active tours.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • High energy, outgoing personality, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Nassau’s history, culture, and tourist attractions is an advantage.
